[reuter’s telegrams], BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—(COPYRIGHT.) PARIS, Jan. 29, The statement that General Theabudin had accepted a seat in the Cabinet as a Minister was incorrect, The portfolios of War and Marine have net yet been allotted, A debate on the bill providing for the expulsion of members of dynastic families, and for preventing the issue of anti Government manifestoes took place in the Chamber of Deputies to-day, but no decision was arrived at, and the discussion, which was throughout of a desultory and uneventful character, was ultimately adjourned. The present Minist y are m favor of effecting a compromise with the committee appointed by the Chamber to consider the measures which should bo taken in the matter.
