[Reuter’s Telegrams.] MELBOURNE. September 5. At the Supreme Court to-day the appeal case, Union Steamship Company, of New Zealand v. the Melbourne Harbor Trust, for damages sustained by the steamship Rotorua through fouling the anchor of a dredge in October last, was decided, and judgment which was received on the 20th June last, being returned for defendant. In the Legislative Council this evening the Licenses’ Qualifying Bill was read a 3rd time aud passed.
