For Auckland and Sydney, per Arawata, on Saturday, 2nd September, at 7 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America and West Indies via San Francisco, also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, Bth Sept., at 2.30 p.m. Money orders may be obtained and letters registered until 2 p.m. same day. For Maka.-aka, Waerenga-a-hika and Ormond, every Tuesday and Saturday, at 2 p.m. For Taloga Bay, every Tuesday, at 3 p.m. For Te Mawhal, Aku Aku, Tuparoa and Awanui, every alternate Tuesday, at 3 p.m. A steamer of the Peninsular and Oriental line leaves Melbourne on 26th Sept. Correspondence specially so addressed and pre-paid the Brindisi rates of ijostage, viz., eightpence per half-ounce, will be forwarded by every opportunity. J. Subimpton, Chief Postmaster.
