His Excellency the Governor presided at a meeting which was held this evening for the purpose of organising a Musical Festival Association on a model of those held periodically at Worcester and Glouster in England, A resolution in favor of the object of the meeting was warmly supported. ADELAIDE. This Day. Forsyth, one of the defendants in the In* suvancc frauds, who absconded but subsequently surrendered himself, has been sentenced to 2 years’ imprisonment.
