Rees applied to have same sub-divided for purposes of sale under sec. 59 and 65, Act, 1878. Order made in favor of infants, dissentients, and dead persons for 842 acres. Order for an inalienable reserve for all the owners for 200 acres. Orders for remainder to persons wishing to sell, 4,828 acres. Mangahcia No I.—Application by Mr W. L. Rees under secs. 61 and 75 for freehold tenure in favor of Land Company.—Granted. Paremata.—Application by Mr Rees under secs. 61 and 75, for freehold tenure in favor of Land Company.—Granted. Part of Pouawa Block, 6000 acres.—Application by Mr Rees, under secs. 59 and 65, for purposes of sale to the Company.—Adjourned till Wednesday. The presiding Judge remains in Gisborne until the 22nd inst., and will hold Court every Wednesday for purposes of application, etc. Kaiti most probably will bo brought forward during the present sitting.
