Watmata South Block.—Application by Mr W. L. Rues under section G 1 and 75 for freehold tenure in favor of the Land Company. Granted. Wuiinata East.—Application same as above. Granted. Tn the matter of Whatatntu and Manukadr .itikiliki blocks, an application by Mr .Nolan to l ave lease of same passed and entered on Court rolls, and endorsed on memorial of ownership in Auckland. Order made. Aorangi Maunga Block, 3010 acres.—Mr Ward applied for freehold tenure to vest in purchaser, Captain Porter. —Granted when certificate issues. Waiuiata North, No. 1, 5870 acres.—Mr W. L. Rees applied to have same sub-divided for purposes of sale under sec. 59 and 65, Act, 1878. Order made in favor of infants, dissentients, and dead persons for 842 acres.
