Sir, —On the 18th of last month we gave a notice to the publisher of the Poverty Bay U, raid intimal ing that the New Zealand Land Settlement Company had no claim on the Maraetaha Block No. 2. and we paid the sum of Us for tlie insertion of the same, but. for some reason, which we have been unable to discover, the notice has not appeared; and we have been compelled to insert the said notice in the Poverty* Bay Standard in order that the public may not. be misled. By publishing the above you will oblige—llf.mi Waaka, Hamlora Mangakahia, and Otene Pom are.
