[From ora own C’oßimsroNDßNtsj. London, April 19. The case of Roderick McLean, the would-be assassin of the Q ueen > "'as to-day again brought before the Special Commission sitting at Reading, and after a full enquiry, the prisoner was found not guilty of- tire charge of treason on the ground that he was not in a sane condition when he committed the act. McLean will, consequently, be’detained during Iler Alajesty’s pleasure.
It is announced that Air Parnell will return from France on Monday, the 21th inst, when he will surrender to his parole
