London, May 9. Owing to the increase in number of outrages committed the Dublin district has been proclaimed under the Coercion Act. There is considerable excitement amongst the adherents of the Land League in Ireland. It is rumored that the Government propose attacking the Land League in a body. The Tinies declares that the condition of Ireland is more serious now than it was before Parliament met, and the Government introduced their special Legislation. Dillon, the Member for Tipperary, after his arrest was lodged in Kiltnaranam gaol. Parnell, alluding to the arrest in the House of Commons, regretted that the Government had deprived his friend and Member for Tipperary of his rights. Home Rule members were
irritated at the action of the Government and obstructed the business of a house. News has been received that several riots have occurred in Ireland over the service of writs for eviction of tenants. Collisions between the police and the people have been of a serious character
