TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —For the information of the person who signs himself “ Creditor,” in your Saturday’s issue, with regard to the appropriation of certain property which we, members of the Catholic committee, have the credit of placing to our own use and benefit, I make this statement : —No member of the Committee has any property in his hands which he is in a position to convert into money for the benefit of the creditors.—Yours &c., W. C. Walsh. [Mr. Walsh mistakes. “ Creditor” complained that certain property had been appropriated—not that there was any left to convert into money.— Ed. P.B.S.j
