RESIDENT MAGISTRATES’ COURT.
Gisborne, Tuesday, May, 11th, 1875. Before W. K. Nesbitt, Esq., R.M. Ch arles Baron de Thierry’ was bound over in his own recognizances to keep the peace for six months against one Mere Lawrence. Francis McCartney and Andrew Ross were fined 5s each for allowing horses to stray in the public streets. There were also some other unimportant cases heard, but they possess no public interest,
