WAYERLEY—MONDAY. (Before C- A. Wray, Esq, R.M.) OBSCENE LANGUAGE, Cornelius Dempsey was charged with using obscene language in a public place on the 2!nJ inst. Fined 5s and costs. Patrick Keenan was charged, on the information of Edward Ross, with using profane and indecent language on the Blh inst. Case dismissed. A similar charge was preferred against Sarah Keenan, but was also dismissed. CIVIL CASES. Eoss v Keenan. —Claim 10s, damage done to fence by defendant’s boy. Judgment for defendant. Leo v McGrath. —Judgment summons for £l6 15s sd. Money ordered to be paid within 3 months or in default one months imprisonment. This was all the business and the Court then adjourned.
