AUCKLAND, This day.
The Rev. B. Y. Ashuell, one of the oldest. Church of England missionaries of the colony, is dead. The Prince Imperial has declared a dividend of 5s per share. The last crushing yielded 2627 ounces of gold from 690 loads of stuff.
