[per press association.J WELLINGTON. This day. The Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court opened before Judge Richmond this morning. Nine cases are down for hearing but none are of serious character. The charge to the Grand Jury occupied only three or four minutes, and no remarks were of any importance.
