■ ———♦ ———; A meeting of the Patea West Eoad Board was' held at the Kakaramea Town Hall on Friday, the 22nd day of June, at 11 a.tn. Present, Messrs E J Morgan (Chairman), Hunter, Wilson, Gibbs, T H Morgan, and Campbell. •••••' '} . The resolution of . the . meeting of the Ist June notifying the intention of the Board to strike a rate of £d in the £ was read. Proposed by Sir T H Morgan, seconded by Mr Wilson, and carried, “ That resolution No 4 of the Ist June, notifying the intention of the Board to strike a rate' of in the £, be confirmed. Proposed by Mr Hunter,; seconded by " Mr Wilson, and carried “ That a bonus of L2 2s. be granted to Mr Harris as some recompense for the extra labour he has had in putting the books of the Hoard in proper order. '
