[I’ER PRESS it SSOCIATION. J WELLINGTON, This day. In the Appeal Court this morning, judgment was given in the case, Wright v. Wise, Caffin, and Co. This was an appeal from a'judgment given in the Wellington Supreme Court, which granted an injunction against tbe appellant (defendant) in the Court below for publishing or selling in this colony a work entitled “ Wright’s Australian and American Commercial Directory and Gazette,” which, it was alleged, consisted ; mainjy, of extracts from works belonging to plaintiffs. , The appeal was dismissed with costs.
