The Grafton went out safely immediately after the accident, WESTPORT, This day. The Mahinapua got a hawser to the' Omapere last night, and would most likely have got her off but the warp parted at a critical moment.; The Omapere is now in a slightly better position, and no damage has been done to her excepting some strain to the machinery in the engine room.
