(Before C. A. Wray, Esq., R.M.) PATEA—THIS DAY. CIVIL CASES. Skelley v Olsen,—ln this case in which, judgment was reserved, his Worship now found for plaintiff, for amount claimed and costs. Hamerton y. Fey.—Claim £6. The plaintiff said that on the 10th January defendant gave him a promissory note. It fell due in March, when it was presented, but was dishonoured. Judgment for plaintiff, for amount claimed and costs.
