CREDITORS' MEETINGS.

A meeting of creditors in the estate of A. B. P. Pyemont, of Waitotara, was held at the Courthouse at noon, yesterday. Present: Messrs Tilly (representing W. W. Taylor, W. and G. Turnbull, W. Dawson and 00., A. D- Willis, Thompson, Shannon and Co.) and Dickie. Mr Tilly was voted to the chair, and Messrs Tilly and Notman were appointed trustees. The debtor had no statement to make. The statement of assets and liabilities in this case was exactly similiar to that filed by Mr Fisk, the other member of the firm. A creditors’ meeting in the estate of Andrew Young was held yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock. There were present : Messrs G. R. Horner, F. Horner, Cowern, Peacock, Potto and Steele. On the motion of Mr Cowern, Mr Peacock was voted to the chair. A telegram from Messrs Nolan and Co,, asking if the meeting could be adjourned, was read, and it was resolved—- “ That this meeting be adjourned till next Thursday at 3 p.m.” '
