The Waihi was to leave Wellington at three o’clock this afternoon. Mr W. The proposed trip of a cricketing team from this Coast to Wellington, Nelson, &c., has fallen through. The same gentle-, men intend trying a trip northward in February or March. Hawera won the first cricket match with the Auckland team by an innings and 33 runs.
