Telegrams have been received from Jamaica, reporting that the whole of the business portion of Kingston, the principal town in the island, has been destroyed by fire. The loss is estimated at folly £6,000,000 sterling. The first of the prisoners charged with the murder of two bailiffs at Lough Mask has been found guilty, but sentence is deferred. It has transpired that the Right Rev. Edward Harold Browne, D. D., Bishop of Winchester, has declined the Primacy of all England, vacant by the death of Dr Tait. (Received Dec. 15, 1-15 p.m.) LONDON, Dec 14. Two men, named Byrne and Hanlon, described as artizans, have been arrested for the murder of Lord Frederick Cavendish and Mr Burke in May last.
