Handicap from the programme of the spring meeting, and substitute a race to be called the New Zealand Handicap of 20 sovs. each with 1000 sovs. added; second horse, 100 sovs; third horse, 50 sovs. It was also decided to have two steeplechases at the autumn meeting, one of 200 sovs. added to a sweepstake of 10 sovs , and another, the Hunt Cup trophy, of 50 sovs , and 50 sovs. in specie. j_miun—in ww ii
