Second Edition VOTING TO-MORROW.

To obtain the borough, loan of £SOOO it*iis necessary that a majority of ratepayers in the borough shall vote for it. No less number will make the loan legal, for it is not a majority of those who vote, but a majority of those who have the right to vote. The poll will open to-morrow at 9 a.m. and close at 6 o’clock. Mr Eytoh is the returning officer.
