Second Edition Borough Loan.
We understand that the Engineer’s report on the improvement works to be executed out of the proposed loan of £5,000 will be laid before the Borough Council at the meeting on Monday evening. Estimates will accompany the report; and these estimates will then have to be submitted to a public meeting of ratepayers before a poll by ballot is taken. The estimates include street formation, drainage, and securing a source for future water supply.
