Resolved that tenders be called for Elnslie and Harris road by next meeting. Messrs Murray, Lind, and Riddell waited on the Board re roads to their properties. Resolved that the secretary write to Mr Riddell informing him that the Foreman of Works estimates cost of approaches to Kobi bridge at £lO, and that it bo left to the Kohi settlers as to whether they subscribe £lO or form the approaches as per specifications. Resolved that specifications be 'drawn up for Kohi bridge approaches by next Friday. Resolved that the secretary write to the Commissioner of Crown Lands re road to section 14, block 8, Momahaki. Resolved that a special meeting be held on Friday, Bth instant, after Jackson’s sale. Accounts passed for payment : H. McAlman, £4 4s ; J. B. Taylor, £6 10s ; Matheson & Taylor, £2B ss.
