DISTRICT PRIZE FIRING.
The Patea Volunteers fired on Tuesday for district prizes, with the following results :
The conditions were : 200 and 300 yards, 6x4 target, 2x2 centre, and 8 inch bull’seye ; 5 shots at each range. A handicap sweep was fired at the same time ; distances 200, 300, 400, and 500 yards.
