KAKARAMEA.

(FROM OUR CORRESPONDENT.") Wednesday Evening,

Mr Richards, foreman of works on the railway, has unearthed some fine fossil specimens. They were found in a bed of blue clay, through which a culvert for the line has been made. This discovery has set some of our townsmen considering the advisability of establishing a museum. f find that I was not rightly informed with regard to the discontinuance of the Church of England services here. They will be held as usual.
