KAKARAMEA.

Mr Guy writes to say:—“As the notes of your Kakaramca correspondent in your Tuesday’s issue are likely to give a wrong impression re the bush roads, we beg to state that it was 14 bullocks, ancl that there were near 2000 ft. of timber on the wagon. It is true that, notwithstanding our having spent £l5O on the egress from the mill to the main road, our road is pretty bad. A little ot the Civil Service money would be very acceptable.”
