CD M OUR COUBK'SPONDEN X.] The Weather. —We had a heavy fflll of rain on Wednesday morning with very boisterous weather on Thursday, bnt it has again cleared up, and we may hope to have another spell of good weather. Vacci katiox .—Considerable disappointment was felt on Wednesday at the non-arrival of a doctor. The lime, appointed was 2 p m., bnt .he did not put in an appearance till about 2,80, Over twenty wore waiting for him, and many of them haying a long way to go, coupled with a disagrcablc day, did not tend to make matters go smoothly with them. The doctors manner towards some of them was not felicitous, and his language at one time reached the, point of being more forcible than polite. , f
