—; ♦- (Reuter's Telegrams.! CALCUTTA. September 28. Yakoob Khan, Ameer of Afghanistan, accompanied by his son and an escort, has reached the British camp at Kuski. He stated that Cabnl was in a state of anarchy, and its gates were closed against the British. A column of troops is marching upon Khelat, in the Gilzi district.
