• (From our own Correspondent.) June 20. At the R.M. Court on Wednesday, Thomas lon was charged on the information, of Constable Burrow with a breach of the . Slaughter-house Act, in slaughtering for safe certain sheep. The slaughtering was not proved, and the case was dismissed, the Bench remarking, however, that : persons killing for boilingdown or other purposes, should provide themselves with licenses.
