Taranaki CupSecret, 1 ; Orion, 2 ; Nautilus, 3. A protest was entered by the Waitara boat Nan-; til us against the Secret on ground of a foul at the outer buoy. The tip for tire races on Monday are :—• Maiden Plate—Maid of Honor, Port Wine.Autumn Handicap—Otawa, Peep o’ Day,and Confident. Steeplechase—Uira, Victor, and Awaliau. Innkeeper’s Purse—Resolution and Isaac Walton.
