It is evident the old jade is trailed very badly, or it would not wince at such gentle handling it got from Mr E. R. Morgan. 1 have reason to know that Mr Morgan’s letter contains nothing hut facts, which any ratepayer can see for himself hy inspecting the Minute Book of the Road Board, and the paragraph in the previous issue, to which Mr Morgan refers, is a tissue of falsehoods from beginning to end.—l am, &c., OBSERVER.
