Monday, May 8. 7 ■<.. (Before Major Turner, R.M.) The Court sat at' 10a,m., when the following cases were hoard : Tapliu v. E. J. Blake, £7 IPs 4,1 ; adjourned till Friday. 'Marshall v. W. Williams, £lO Bs, adjourned till 6th June. Henderson and F.arrah v. Hickey, £l2 16s, judgment for amount and £2,4s costs. Same v. Same, £l9 19s 6d, judgment for amount, and £2 4s costs. Cowern v. Corrigan, £8 7s Bd, road rates, paid into Court. Cowern v. Jenkins and Stewart, road rates (adjourned from 4th instant), judgment reserved. The Court then adjourned.
