GREYMOUTH, February 25.

At the Magistrate's Court to-day some unusual cases were dealt with. A miner was charged with having a toßacoo pipe in his possession in the State mine. The Magistrate said that in view of the heavy costs (£3 10s) he would inflict a fine of ss, and order defendant to pay the costs. Another miner, found smoking ia the mine, was. fdrnilaciy dealt with.
