TERRORISM IN RUSSIA.

SIXTY ARRESTS MADE. ST. PETERSBURG. February 21. The police have discovered the names of 9 gang connected with the Viborg terrorists, who intended to assassinate all the hJgh personages in Russia. Thlrty-fhe were afterwaids arrested here, some of whom carried bombs. Several used their revolvers, wounding their captors. February 22. Prior to their an-est the terrorists were jeen loitering outside the residences of the Grand Duke Nicholas and the Minister of Justice. Sixty persons, including five women, are now in custody.
