FEARS OF A RIOT. PROCESSION OF FOREIGNERS. LONDON, February 21. At the request of the Siuiderland municipal authorities 300 artillerymen have been secretly drafted to the town to prevent 15,000 unemployed from rioting. NEW YORK, February 21. It Ls officially stated that over a million and a-quarter persons in New York city axe in need of relief. February 22. An Anarchist girl named Voltarine Leleyne invited 1000 unemployed Italians, Russians, and Negroes at Philadelphia to carry a red flag to the City Hall and to submit their grievances to the Mayor. Tlie procession led to fierce battles "with the police, and a score of shots ■were exchanged before the riot was quelled. Some of the rioters used knives. SAN FRANCISCO, February 24. Forty thousand trade unionists are unemployed in San Francisco.
