The newspaper Berliner Tageblatt published a London despatch stating that Britain is trying to come to an agreeTiient ■with, Germany in respect to the limitation of naval armaments. The despatch states that if a compromise is. not arrived, at Britain will begin tl>e construction of five Dreadnoughts during 1908.
