RIOT IN INDIA
FIVE PEOPLE KILLED. BOMBAY, February 14. The arrest of several Suniii Mohammedans on a charge of rioting at Bombay againet the Shiah section led to ths stoning of the police. Two of the latter were badly injured. The Police Commissioner and othei European officers then fired, on the rioters, killing five and wounding 40. Twenty were seriously wounded. The troops are camped in the streets, but eveiything is now quiet.
