— - CALCUTTA. February 16. The Viceroy (Lord Minto). speaking at Calcutta, stated that 25.000,000 women had been relieved since the inauguration of the Lady Duffer in fund. While her husband, the fii-t Marquis ol Dufferm. was Viceroy of India Lady Dufferin did a gieat work in connection wiib the education of women as medical practitioners in India.
