GERMANY'S FOREIGN POLICY
BERLIN, February 12. Heir yon Schoen (Minister of Foieign, Affairs), addressing the Budget Committee of the Reichstag, acknowledged M. Pichon's (French Minister of Foreign Affairs) straightforward declarations on the Moroccan policy. Regarding the Bagdad railway, Germany fostered the undertaking purely for economic reasons. He ridiculed the fantastic reports that Germany contemplated the seizure of a^harbour on rhe Persian Gulf.
