OUTBREAKS ON TWO VESSELS. ■ BRISBANE, February 6. The Japanese mail steamer Nokko Maru, after landing two cases of smallpox at Manila, passed Thursday Island in quarantine. The health of all on board is good. THRURSDAY ISLAND, February 6. The steamer Empire has arrived. One of the Chinese crew died of smallpox, and was buried at Timor.
