.*. SYDNEY, February 5. The City Council has decided, through Mr Roosevelt, to invite Admiral Evans's fleet to visit Sydney. NEW YORK, February 5. It is reported at Washington that when the Pacific fleet returns Admiral Evans will leave at Manila four powerful cruisers or the four weakest battleships, possibly bo tli.
