SYDNEY, January 5. Mr J. S. Larke, Commissioner for Canada, has received a copy of a resolution passed by the Board of Trade of British Columbia respecting 'fuller information for "Canadian newspapers from other portions of the Empires One clause sets forth the desirableness of making arrangements -with the other Governments , concerned in and responsible for the deficit in the Pacific, cable whereby that line may be" used, at certain periods of the day when commercial business does not offer, for free transmission of press despatches between Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
