Mr J. Poynter ha- ;■ tine mare (Treadmill-Silverline) iu band, she is a promising sort, and i.- developing nicely. Adro.-e. who broke a blood vessel, after putting up some fine performances, has been sold to a Palmers ton North resident and may be used in the hunting field. Mr Poynter expects to add to his string after the Otaki meeting.
