TELEPHONE SERVICE.
At the Borough Council meeting last night the matter of improvement in the telephone service was again discussed, and while some admitted the service was "fair," others considered it the reverse from satisfactory. All Councillors were unanimous that Mr Eddy, as postmaster, had done his best, and was in no wav to blame.
