Simcox, five up. closely followed by Miss Fraser-and Brown, four up. Matches have been arranged ngnuist Manawatu on the 27th in Pnlmerston, and against the Hutt on ■June 10th at the Hutt links. Players should make an effort to get away in these teams, otherwise the Club cannot expect other clubs to visit us. A special general meeting of' nonplaying members and playing members will be held shortly to evolve the best scheme of building the new room, and also to name the new holes.
