OTAKI'S FUTURE.

"GOOD STEADY DEVELOPMENT." A noto of optimism for Otaki's future was struck by the Mayor, Mr J. P. Brandon, in conversation with a "Mail" representative yesterday. He said that some people might be inclined to predict a boom for Otaki.
