ARMISTICE DAY.
THE KING’S MESSAGE. . The Prime Minister read the following cablegram to the GovernorGeneral from the Colonial Secretary in the House of Representatives on Monday:— , ‘ ‘ Please inform your Ministers that His Majesty the King has expressed hope that on Armistice Day, November 11, there should be a complete suspension of all normal business, work, and locomotion throughout the British Empirt during the two minutes’ silence commencing at eleven a.m. ”
