Mr Len Freeman has been appointed secretary of the Foxton Racing Club in place o'f'ilr Endcll Warfklyn, resigned. Mr Freeman, who has been a live steward, should ably fill the position, and no doubt will use his powers to boost the club, which is now becoming very popular. A southern writer says that A.
