THE SAMOAN PICNIC.
TO LEAVE ON FEBRUARY 14.
Arrangements have now been concluded for the sailing of the Mokoia from Wellington with the members of the Parliamentary party on board on February 14, on her voyage to Samoa and other islands of the Pacific in which New Zealand has an interest in fespect of administration or trade. The date cannet-be fixed definitely, as it is dependent ori'the Mokoia being able to keep her schedule before this date. Delays are not impossible, as everyone knows, in steamer running in these days, and it may be that the Mokoia will not be able to sail exactly on the flay appointed. But so far as the Government and' the Union Company gre concerned at present the arrangement is definite.
